Return and refund policy
We are dedicated to resolving situations where you receive something that isn't precisely what you expected. We recognize that this happens occasionally. Please refer to our exchange and return policy below:
Return Period:
- We offer a 6-day return policy from the day your order is received. All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened.
Return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:
- In case you are delivered the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
It's easy to return an item; just follow the instructions listed below:
- Check if your product meets all requirements
- Call and E-mail us and request a return
- Pack items as it is as received
- Arrange product pick up or drop off
- Your returned item will be Quality Checked
If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued via the bank transfer payment method. Please note that refund times are subject to bank processing delays and are beyond our control. Delivery Charges are inclusive, they will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
